Carrie Pieniozek, President
Carrie grew up in the Metro Detroit area and attended West Shore Community
College and Central Michigan University. After living in Mt. Pleasant
and Ludington, she decided to make Northern Michigan her home. She has been doing website design work since 1997,
when her future husband asked her to create a website for his real
estate business. In 1998,
after several companies saw her first website and requested that she build sites for them, she
opened Carrie's Creations. At the time the business consisted of just website design and hosting. Since
then, the business has grown tremendously and has branched
out into domain name registration, 360° Virtual Tours, and custom IDX
database solutions. In January of 2004 the business was incorporated,
becoming Carrie's Creations Inc. In January of 2007 the business acquired
Northern Michigan Web Publishing, another thriving web business based in
Southern Michigan. Carrie designs and maintains the

Jim Pieniozek, Vice President
Jim grew up near Bay City and moved to Northern Michigan in 1987. He started out as the salesperson for Carrie's Creations, and
is now responsible for custom database solutions utilizing PHP and MySQL, shooting and putting together the 360° Virtual
Tours, and real estate IDX. Jim has over 20 years experience in the real
estate industry, which gives him a great advantage over other website
design companies. That is one of the reasons why real estate websites
continue to be our specialty. Jim also handles technical support and
